I'm new on this forum and I'd like to ask a serious question.
My company will not send me to the VMware training (there is no need for a certified person in my IT department) but I'd like to get an VCP and VCAP certification for future jobs.
Is it possible to pass the required exams (VCP and VCAP-DCA) and after that go to the official class (probably in the next job)? Will I get both titles after training?
I'm not a "paper certified" person - I have some experience with VMware products and I can't afford to pay for the VMware official training
