Right. The 4.1 version fixed bugs like this one. It gives a lot of conveniency once you upgraded. Same as I did or I might always get frustrated all the time.

I guess that is it. You have made your display in full screen. That is why you can hover your mouse from one computer screen to another. You have already widens your display into 2 screens.
